Job Interview!

Today was my first job interview for my new career as a teacher. This is what I wore. The other candidate had on black pants, a button down, and a sweater. This is a JCrew dress & sweater.

    I think I prefer it without the sweater, how about with a jacket? Also, have you tried it with a belt?
